For each problem, you have to hold one or two interactions to unlock something that another yourself can do. Make sure you hold interactions long enough to give you time to explore the map to find what each problem unlocks what (items or modification of the map).Well...
Solution :
First you have to get out of the first room by taking the keys in the drawer. Next you have to interact with both shelves at the same time in the library to unlock the office. In the office, you will find something to light up the fire by searching in the desk. Then, you light up the fire and take the keys to unlock the laundry room where you have to interact with the electrical cabinet and the laundry machine. you can then take the keys and go to the bottom bathroom where you have to interract with the toilet paper. That's the first part. You need to interact with the other toilet paper at the same time in the top left bathroom wich can be unlocked by interacting with the clock wich is just next to the bathroom door. When you finally interact with the two toilet papers, a grey key spawns next to the exit and you can leave !
